How coverage works

What changes from
area to area

The work itself, whether sanding, polishing, varnishing or parquet repair, does not change with the postcode. What changes is the property. A high-rise condo in the city needs approvals, protected lifts and strict working hours. A landed home in a suburb often needs more floor area covered, plus stairs and landings.

That is why we give each region its own page. If you live in a high-rise, start with Kuala Lumpur. If you live in a house or township, start with Selangor.

Which areas do you serve?
We serve Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, including Bangsar, Mont Kiara, Cheras, Ampang, Damansara, Seri Kembangan, Puchong, Subang Jaya, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Cyberjaya, Klang, Kajang and Rawang. We also visit Putrajaya.
Is there a travel charge?
Quotes depend on distance and the size of the job. Tell us your area when you message us and we will include it in the estimate.
What if my neighbourhood is not listed?
Message us. The lists show where we go most often, not hard limits.
Do you offer free inspections everywhere?
Free site inspections are available across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. Photos on WhatsApp are often enough for a first estimate.
Should I start with the Kuala Lumpur page or the Selangor page?
Start with the region your property is in. Kuala Lumpur covers city addresses such as Bangsar, Mont Kiara and Cheras. Selangor covers townships such as Puchong, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam and Kajang.
Do you work in high-rise condominiums as well as landed houses?
Yes. Condominiums usually need a notice to building management and lift protection, while landed houses are simpler to access. We plan each job around the building.
Can you refinish only one room or a staircase?
Yes. A single room, a hallway or a staircase can be sanded and finished on its own. Send photos and approximate sizes on WhatsApp and we will advise.
Which services are available in every area?
All four: wooden floor sanding and polishing, timber floor restoration and varnishing, parquet floor repair and buffing, and hardwood floor polishing.
