One brand, one
material: wood
EVA Wood Floor Polishing provides wooden floor restoration for homes, apartments and small commercial units. The brand is operated by RS Global Services, a Malaysian business registered in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, which is also the base our team travels from.
We keep the scope narrow on purpose. Sanding, polishing, varnishing and repairing wood is a different trade from tiling or painting, and it needs its own machines, abrasives and finishes. By working only with wooden, timber, parquet and hardwood floors we can give clear answers about what a floor needs before work begins.
That clarity is the standard we hold ourselves to: what the floor needs, what it will cost, how long it will take and what you should do afterwards. If a floor cannot be saved or is better replaced, we would rather tell you than sell you a sand.

Four habits
behind every job
Four habits we keep on every job, big or small.
Honest assessment
We look at board thickness, previous coatings and damage before promising a result. If sanding will not fix something, we say so.
Right tool, right finish
Different timbers and floor patterns need different abrasives and finishes. We choose them for your floor, not for convenience.
Clean, careful sites
Edges, skirting, furniture and neighbouring rooms matter. We protect them and use dust-controlled methods.
Clear communication
You get a plain-language plan, a timeframe and aftercare instructions, on WhatsApp or in person.
Four services,
one workshop
Every service is available in About Us. Tap one to see how it fits your floor.
Wooden Floor Sanding & Polishing
The core of our trade: taking worn timber back to clean wood and rebuilding the finish.
Timber Floor Restoration & Varnishing
Revival for boards with failed varnish, stains and faded colour, finished with fresh coats.
Parquet Floor Repair & Buffing
Block-by-block repair of pattern floors that have loosened, gapped or gone dull.
